I am an extremely versatile piano teacher with over 30 years of experience. My Russian-based training in both piano and ballet enables me to understand and teach a relaxed, coordinated physical approach to the instrument. If you have technical problems or limitations, I'm a great troubleshooter! I emphasize reading, as this is the skill that will make it possible for you to enjoy playing the piano for the rest of your life. I have developed my own curriculum for very young students, and I enjoy helping students of all ages conquer their fear of reading. I am a very serious teacher with an irrepressible sense of humor.
