Hi my name is Judi and I can't wait to meet you!! I am a certified Pilates Reformer/Mat and Yoga Trainer with over 20 years experience. I focus on alignment and technique. My passion is my teaching and being able to help others make a positive difference through exercise.

I have been a certified Pilates Reformer Trainer for nearly 20 years. I am also a Yoga Trainer and offer Power and Hatha Yoga. I have certifications to include special needs, e.g.: MS and Parkinson's.
