I am a full time personal trainer and boxing/kickboxing instructor. My passion for fitness and boxing grew when I was hired for Boxing lessons by an injured veteran. I lacked the knowledge to help him reach his best potential so I sought out the education to be able to help him. Helping him and watching his excitement as his mobility and strength came back was the biggest reward I have ever received. I went beyond what I was hired for and helped him achieve not only the boxing skill he wanted but a better quality of life. Since then I have helped people many people including those dealing with Obesity, Diabetes, Parkinsons Disease, domestic abuse, bullying and more empower themselves, live better and reach their desired goals. I have 8 years of experience teaching students of all ages. I actively train in the sport which allows me to stay up to date on current techniques, technologies and advancements made in the sport which I bring back to my students. My understanding of human anatomy and physiology due to my personal training background, along with over 10 years of sales and customer service experience, allows me to analyze, understand and communicate with my students effectively. This allows me to provide a premium service that is tailored to each student's individual needs and experience level. The locals agree. In 2021 during a very tough year financially and emotionally for many, I was voted #1 Boxing Gym #1 Personal Trainer on Void Magazine.
