I am a college student in the Mount San Antonio Jazz Band, right now we are the best community college Jazz Ensemble for 2018 according to Downbeat Magazine.
My goal with students is for them to be able to play music with or without music in front of them. They will have proficiency with ear training in relation to their instrument.
My expertise is in jazz improvisation, but i do teach classical playing for the instrument.
