Coach Josh here ! Whats up athletes ?! Whether you are a beginning, intermediate, advanced, boy, girl, short, tall, big, small, athletic, or trying to become athletic my lessons can only benefit you ! We as people are all unique with our own strengths and weaknesses, body types, and personalities. This is exactly what my lessons focus on and are all about, being unique. Fundamentals are important and you must know them but they are only 50% of the battle ! My lessons are revolved around fundamentals but what separates the great from the average is to take those fundamentals and combine them with your special personal skills, abilities, knowledge, personality, and play style ! My lessons are all about building a foundation unique and specialized to you ! We can all learn to shoot, run, and dribble but theres tips, tricks, and inside knowledge that you can only get from an experienced player whos been there already.
