Hey there. My names Josh, I'm 19. And for the last 5 years I've been in to bodybuilding & nutrition and thus feel as tho I have much to bring to the table. I also have great experience in video editing as I also run my own vlogging channel. You could say I am different to many of the other fitness or personal training coaches out there as unlike them, I don't accept all these bogus nutrition advice most of the media pump out there today. I mean if I mentioned some of the things they say is right, but is actually wrong, your head will spin. I like to delve deep and do my research, and with my dad behind me, with 35 years bodybuilding advice, rest assured I know what I'm talking about. Your in good hands ! :)
