I am currently studying musical theatre at Emerson College, and work now in the performing arts admissions department. I have worked in professional theatre as well as performed in concert venues and a number of times on local television.
Acting students can expect to feel much more prepared to tackle that audition and go in confident, knowledgable, and ready for anything. Every actor has their own habits that get in the way of the acting; I help students to start to notice those habits and get rid of them, so that they can ground themselves within their technique and allow their talent to be released. I can help students who are willing to work hard, come fully prepared, and who are open to constructive feedback.
I firmly believe that the combination of design and technique is the key to the release of a student's talent - the stronger the technique and better understanding of the design of the material, the greater release of talent. I look forward to meeting you and working with you!
