My name is Josh Johnson and I have been playing guitar for 27 years. I graduated Berklee College of Music in 2006 with a degree in Production and Engineering. While attending Berklee, my guitar tutelage was mainly under Neo-Shred Master Joe Stump. As a musician I have toured, performed in Brazil, performed at various festivals, and shared the stage with many iconic and internationally known rock bands. (Megadeth, Ted Nugent, Living Colour, Saliva, Soulfly, Jonathan Davis (Korn), Puddle of Mudd, Three Days Grace, (Hed) PE, Buckcherry, and many others). I have extensive experience recording guitar for albums both on my own projects and being hired by others. I take a very methodical approach to my own practice and share my knowledge similarly to my students.

Brian S. I use to work with Josh and got to know how much of a accomplished guitarist he is. I went to his house for private lessons and my guitar playing exploded. I don’t read music, but Josh broke down the wall and now I can bring any song to him and learn how to play it. Highly recommend going to Josh for guitar lessons, you won’t be sorry, but you’ll be playing with confidence !!!!!!!!
