Violin with Joseph L.

I'm a full-time professional musician who lives and works out of Fort Collins, Colorado. I was classically trained on violin through the Suzuki Method from age 8 to 18, and I've since been touring the country and playing gigs in the bluegrass "fiddle" style with my band, Head for the Hills. Whether trying to learn classical violin techniques or old-time fiddle tunes, my students receive a well-rounded education that focuses on their individual strengths and interests without glossing over fundamentals and basic core techniques. If you're brand new to the instrument or if you're looking to expand your existing skill set, I'd love to help you reach your goals! Students must be at least 7 years of age, self-motivated, and serious about learning the violin.
