Hello, My Name is Jon West. I really like to play music. I play drums, guitar, bass, and piano. Piano is probably my strongest instrument as far as ability goes. It is the very first instrument I ever learned anything on. I also write music which includes full recordings with vocals, lyrics, and all instruments aforementioned. I really want to be able to help other people my age, older, and younger learn how to play the piano so they can have a way to express themselves. Music can be a great way to relieve stress and put emotions and feelings into something outside of themselves. My personal choices of music to listen to include Pop, Rock, Classic Rock, Musicals, R&B, and even a good amount of in-between. I have been playing piano since 2003 while gradually picking up further instruments to try and become a better overall musician. I would love to have you as a student and be your teacher so we can get the musical ball rolling in your life. Whether it's the beginning or if you are coming back around to an instrument you might have laid down for a little bit. There is no better time than now!
