Tuba with Jon W.

I am currently serving with Navy Band Southwest in San Diego as a tuba instrumentalist. My background includes attaining my undergraduate degree in music education from Indiana university of Pennsylvania and my masters degree in tuba performance from Texas Christian university. I’ve been a semifinalist in the falcone tuba artist competition and multiple other regional and international ITEC competitions. Before joining the navy I performed with the Disneyland all American college band on tuba and sousaphone. I have spent the last 5 years as a military musician and recently obtained my california teaching credential in music.
