Play to the product of the environment and discover the character in the atmosphere with new acting

I've discovered a new acting approach through my own mental disturbances, and now it's want to teach it to you. The VOX acting Approach 'Explore the product of the environment and discover the character that atmosphere ' When you have an actor doing something by themselves, that becomes interesting. But, when you have them playing off of an auditory hallucination without trying to draw attention to themselves, that's compelling.' Did you know you can become completely different characters, if you embrace being a product of the environment that you're placed in? The space around you doesn't only affect your mood and well-being, but also people do, that can turnis into a character we have never expected. The L'Herisse VOX Acting Approach is an approach to acting developed by American film/theater practitioner Joel B. The goal of the VOX approach is for the actor to not focus on drowning-out facing-the-music and instead concentrate on the sounds in the environment to become the character the situation is trying to shape you into.

Paper writes when I think. This pen bleeds words out in ink. Take it in, breath it out. Creating characters, like dropping a deus ex machina, giving them a voice to speak. Now, what am I? A Story. Joel B. is a passionate individual that finds a hurt to heal in the entertainment industry as a WRITER, ARTIST and DANCER with the expectancy for an eventual opportunity of progressive growth toward a career interest in the field of Drama, TV, Film and Ministry. Joel B. wants to do more then just write screenplays and book that show God's love through characters, but help people to rewrite their own stories; so they can turn to help others rewrite theirs for a domino effect. I am a lover of folklore, fables, myth, sci-fi, and children's crime stories that doted on orphans who take charge of their life, escapes dangers, and emerges triumphantly. After a major life trauma that narrowed down my Jack-of-all-trades pursuit into a master-of-one calling, I found writing as a passion in working and living doing what I love most for advocating Missing Kids. Thus I kept doing what I loved, and it made my fight stronger as an artist with an idea for not just writing books, but selling them. As I don't just want to be just some writer, but I want to write in such a way that I come alongside the police in an attempt to keep crime off the streets and make vigilantes think twice about doing a crime, and offer another positive way to live. When I’m not reading, writing, or watching movies, I’m painting or making art. One of the crafts arts I've made is a collection of artsy-craftsy, scifi severed alien arms for holding movie refreshments and an actor's script that is a mobile, handy, adjustable, convenient, multipurpose device that offers a third-arm that extends an extra hand.

You are the redefinition as you show you can run a business with the challenges of Schizophrenia. Even though you have schizoaffective disorder and, you work. Your main schizoaffective symptom, besides mood swings, is that you hear voices from time to time. When you hear them, you may feel like you're in a trance but you take steps to quiet them and go on with your day by making them apart of your acting practice. You may talk to yourself but you counteract the voices with positive affirmations, and you are not afraid to get vulnerable and describe the same feeling you have of being in “a different zone”as they become apart of your work. When you're talking to yourself, you're having a conversation with someone who isn’t really there, but I am impressed with how you have took what disturbs you and made it work for you. You turn situations into stories that didn’t really happen. Even though you have to think about a situation, ask if it definitely happened, call friends,” you say. Everyone might know you have schizophrenia and are supportive, but it’s key to “be around good friends, and if anyone is bothered [by schizophrenia], you simply ignore them. I especially like the fact that your company has forced you to be more open about you schizophrenia with your acting Approach that allows you to take what was meant to harm you to turn it to good. You don't like having a secret, you like being open. As someone with schizoaffective disorder, you marvel at your tenacity of living with an illness like this and starting and running your own company. Sometimes you tend to get bogged down by things—it comes from the depression of the bipolar element of your illness, you suppose. Overall, you just try not to think about that very much and hopes things will work out for the best. At the same time, you are making a huge difference with your company. Maybe I should take a page from your book, with another class.

In class I experienced you as a person who is shy but very you were very quiet during the first few weeks but once they you felt comfortable in the class I saw you open up. To have helped our class I would have liked you to open up. You helped the class with your very positive attitude towards our activities. You rarely said anything negative about the class or the activities which helped us to participate better. I felt that you conformed very easily to most everyone's opinions without forming your own stance. During many activities where we had to express our opinions I saw you conform to majority a lot. I feel you did this to avoid conflict because you are such a mellow natured individual. I hope you can learn to voice your true opinion in situations. I also experienced you as a very thoughtful and trustworthy person. I liked these qualities about you the most. I felt I could open up to you without being judged. Overall I was very comfortable with you throughout our semester.

What I thought when I first met you: I thought that you were going to be quiet and shy and possibly not contribute that much to the group. I could tell that deep down you had the potential to be a great leader but you were afraid to step up into the spotlight. What I have learned from you: I have learned from you that quiet strength is a good quality to have. Since you don't speak very much, when you do speak everyone would listen and stop everything to make sure they heard everything you said. I have also learned that you can't always read a book by the cover. When I first looked at you I thought you were going to be a short story, but it turns out that you are a novel...a classic at that. What you brought to the class: Due to your background in the arts you brought with you a touch of class and a richness that I don't think we would have had if you were not a member of the class. How you helped the class succeed: You motivated all of us to do better and set the standard for politeness and raised the bar when it came to making the opinion of others seem very important and wanted. What you could have done to make class better: I feel that the class would have benefited greatly had you taken more of a leadership role. I think that everyone in the class would have liked to know more about you and would have liked to see you open in more and try to run the group. I realize that often it is very difficult and challenging to trust others, but I feel that if you had opened up more it would have been a great example or all the other members of the class Due to your charismatic personality you have the for ability to own the room if you want to.

Cinema Therapy online courses by Birgit Wolz, Ph.D. for CE credits for psychologists, social workers, MFTs and counselors 14 CE Certificate Program in Cinema Therapy 37 CE Certificate Program in Treatment and Education through Cinema Movies affect many of us powerfully because the combined impact of images, music, dialogue, lighting, sound, and special effects can elicit deep feelings and help us reflect on our lives. They can help us to better understand our own lives, the lives of those around us, and even how our society and culture operate. They can shed light on political and spiritual matters too and can provide catharsis and perspective and may open our eyes to new ways of thinking, feeling, and pursuing our lives. There are many ways to harness the power of movies to heal, grow and change. Movies have been used as an adjunct to psychotherapy and counseling as well as by themselves. In Cinema Therapy, or what has also been called Reel Therapy or Movie Therapy, clients learn to watch movies consciously and reflectively and to pay attention to the story and to themselves. They then learn to understand themselves and others more objectively in the big "movie" of their lives. Following is an incomplete list of movies that may help some people deal with some life situations. SOURCE: Zur, O. & Wolz, B. (2015).
