Ableton with Joe M.

I am a professional producer,singer, guitarist, keyboardist, songwriter, saxophonist and recording artist. I also have DJ'ed for over 15 years starting as a radio DJ at the University of Kansas from 2002-2006. Ableton Live and Production students can expect to learn how to build, arrange and finish entire songs from start to finish. We will go over various techniques from beat making, to arrangement, to mixing and overall song writing and how it relates to production. This experience will leave the student inspired, and aware of what it takes to create songs in the recorded format. My love for a wide array of different styles keeps me listening to many different styles and drawing on many different eras of music and I love to continue exploring new ways of making and understanding music.
