Classical Piano with Jodi G.

I teach out of my studio, but am also willing to travel to your home. I am also available via SKYPE for lessons as well. I have been teaching for several years and have studied at Berklee College of Music. I use the Faber & Faber method book for piano for teaching adults as well as children. I also incorporate theory, harmony, and improvisation into the lessons when the student has become advanced enough to learn these techniques. I teach rock, pop, and alternative styles for the piano. I believe in keeping the child or student engaged and interested by teaching them songs they would like to learn as long as it aaplies to their level. I also ENCOURAGE ADULTS to take lessons if you are interested as well, you are never too old to learn an instrument!!
