I’m currently a Master student studying Oboe Performance at Bienen School of Music, Northwestern University. I earned my Bachelor degree at Jacobs School of Music in IU Bloomington. I was a recipient of Indiana University Jacobs School of Music Premiere Young Artist Award, and the Esther Yochim Scholarship from Bienen School of Music. I performed with various ensembles including Northwestern University Symphony Orchestra, Bloomington Community Symphony Orchestra, IU Philharmonic Orchestra, IU Chamber Orchestra, IU Symphony Orchestra, IU University Orchestra, IU Wind Ensemble, IU Symphonic Band, Interlochen Symphony Orchestra, Connecticut All States Orchestra, and West Hartford Symphony Orchestra I am also a graduate assistant at Bienen School of Music in woodwind chamber class and conductor seminar. I helped coach woodwind students for chamber performances. Moreover, as a fluent reed maker, I’m capable of teaching all basic and advanced fundamentals not only in oboe playing but also reed making. I’m also well experienced on preparing repertoires for performances and colleges/school applications. I’m prepared to teach student in all levels. At the Jacobs School, I studied with Roger Roe and Linda Strommen. I’m currently studying with Robert Morgan and Michael Henoch at Northwestern. I studied with Daniel Stolper in Interlochen and had private lessons and master classes with Robert Walters, John Ferrillo, Jessica Warren, Jennifer Christin, and many other professionals in oboe
