After I graduated yoga school I started outdoor yoga classes open to all levels and age groups. I wanted my students to have a beautiful place to practice and release stress and tension. These classes are held on the beach and in the park on Staten Island, NY.

Yoga Instructor

Experienced teacher with a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Training and 50hr Fly Training. I combine meditation and hand mudras with a vinyasa flow to ignite creativity and healing in one's life. Each class is tailored to the student at hand with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and slow movement. ONLINE CLASSES ARE DISCOUNTED, please msg for pricing.

I am a yoga teacher, reiki healer and jewelry designer who loves connecting and helping people. I graduated from Laughing Lotus NYC in 2014 with a 200hr certification. I soon went on to explore inversions and recieved my 50hr FLY certificate. I am a Level 1 reiki healer offering energy balancing and crystal healing. 

My yoga classes include a meditation, asana (poses), savasana with reiki/healing energy. Also includes sound healing with essential oils + sandalwood incense. 

Keep in mind my prices are for in person yoga/reiki lessons. Prices for online teaching will be at a much lower rate. I live in Staten Island, NY but am willing to travel to Brooklyn, Manhattan and New Jersey. Feel free to contact me with any and all questions.
