Hey! My name is Jess McAvoy and I have had eight wonderful years of experience teaching people of all ages to sing and discover their creative voice, over two decades of experience in performance and songwriting! I love empowering people with their own true voices, and I have worked with all kinds of people including some who thought they were tone deaf- teaching them to discover and harness their full range, some of whom now perform live regularly! I love teaching. I truly do. I am a natural teacher and my enthusiasm for empowering others is genuine. My method comes from my own experience as a singer and live performer since 1996, giving me a holistic and intuitive approach. I draw on the strengths and personal challenges of each of my clients to develop a tailored experience each lesson, pulling the authentic, unique voice out of each client at their own pace, which is usually faster then they expect!
