Violin with Jeremy K.

My name is Jeremy. I am a violinist and violist currently studying at The Juilliard School who has performed extensively as a soloist, chamber musician, recitalist, and orchestral leader and member. Music is my greatest passion and joy and I hope to help others experience the same. I have performed in concert halls and at festivals in more than 10 countries in Europe, North and South America, and across the United States. I have performed at festivals including the Cremona International Music Festival, Bowdoin International Music Festival, and Horowitz Summer Music Festival, and have performed as soloist with orchestras including the Cremona Festival Orchestra and Ukraine National Symphony Orchestra. I have won first prize in the Cremona Music Competition and additional prizes in various other competitions. I have extensive experience in orchestral playing, chamber music, and and contemporary music as well. I have studied and collaborated with many great musicians, and have tried to absorb every drop of depth and insight from them as possible. I believe that the most fundamental aspect of all musical learning is the development of an inner ear, and will work with all students on learning how to imagine sound so that they can then play with beauty, creativity, and quality.
