Hello! I am a Certified Fusion Mat Pilates Instructor specializing in a blend of traditional Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and body weight training (certification from Set and Flow Yoga). My workouts build lean muscle, burn body fat and leave you feeling energized and awesome! I am available to teach private or small group lessons ranging from 30 - 120 mins. (I am flexible if you need more or less time).
I've been practicing Pilates and Yoga for 6 years and I used to train and compete for Spartan Races professionally. I love to incorporate all different types of new movements to keep your body guessing and to hit new muscle groups. I will modify and customize each workout based on your preferences and capabilities. If you want a challenge, let me know! If you need to dial it back, we find something that works for you. If you are local in LA and interested in taking our workouts outside to parks or on hikes, this would be a great way to squeeze in extra cardio.
I will also assist all of my clients with nutrition as well as mindfulness training to work on building up positive body image and self-love. I believe it is just as important to exercise the mind as it is the body. We will focus on your breathing and stretching before and after workouts.
I am available to make house calls, teach at outside locations, my apartment complex or online!! All clients are also able to call/email/Skype/text me 24/7 with questions related to diet/nutrition/exercise or if you just need someone to talk to.
