Theater Acting with Jeffrey L.

As a director I have worked with numerous companies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I had the honor of directing the world premier of The Patriarch written by my former college roommate John Reshetar at The Theatre of The Seventh Sister in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I have also been the assistant director for the world premiere of Boxing With Gaia with River Union Stage in Milford New Jersey. I am also a full time Theatre Arts teacher at a local High School in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I currently teach 3 classes per year, Theatre Arts I, Theatre Arts II and Musical Theatre. I have directed productions of A Christmas Carol, An Evening With Poe, Merry Christmas George Bailey and All in the Timing with the students at said high school. I have also taught at different Pennsylvania area elementary schools with River Union Stages' outreach program. I am the Theatre Instructor/Director at a local summer camp during the summer months. I have directed productions of Schoolhouse Rock Live Jr and Honk Jr with said camp. As a performer, I have performed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and New York. I have been nominated for a Broadway World Award two consecutive years in a row for his performances as Franz Liebkin in The Producers and Jinx in Forever Plaid both with New Candlelight Theatre. I received critical acclaim for my performance as Inspector Lestrade in The Crucifer of Blood with Hedgerow Theatre. Other credits include: Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol with River Union Stage, Earl Mudscuker in the original production of Frankenstein Rocks with It’s Alive Again Productions, Castro in The Call of Cthulhu with Shadow and Flame Productions, Howie/Sam in Our Town with Commonwealth Classic Theatre, Ensemble in Miss Saigon at New Candlelight Theatre, Silvio in The Servant of Two Masters with G.J. Ruggiero Productions, numerous Ensemble characters with the improvisational group Without A Cue Productions and Featured Ensemble in the world premiere of Boxing With Gaia with river Union Stage. I am also a resident ensemble member of River Union Stage in Milford NJ.
