He has been actively involved in the Boston underground rock and experimental music scene, performing in venues such as the Middle East and Great Scott playing drums, percussion, keyboards, and electronics. He has toured regionally and nationally with the bands Sun Young, Cult & Leper, Listening Woman, Harmoos, and others. Teaching Philosophy: Learning to listen, open ears, and creative musicality are the end goals for all students. Learning technique is simply a stepping stone toward those goals. Lessons will guide students with fundamentals and larger concepts to help move toward a broad, exciting musical life. Jeff graduated from New England Conservatory in 2013 with a Master's in Contemporary Improvisation. He studied with Joe Morris, Anthony Coleman, Fred Buda, and others.
