    Want to succeed and stay sane in the music industry? I've been an indie singer, songwriter, producer, solo artist and band member in pop music for two decades and would love to tell you everything I know and help you solve anything you're facing. From writing songs to booking gigs to growing your audience to working with collaborators and hiring people to help you with recording, performing, and making content, to making sure you register your songs properly, I've done it all and would love to help you with everything you're working on. I've had music videos on LOGO TV and VH1, played well paid shows all over the USA, and made high quality songs and videos that gained me fans around the world. I've learned how to work with people I love and execute my vision with manageable budgets. Artists I talk to say that I make them feel inspired and empowered to keep going and live their dreams. I help artists solve problems so their work can flow more smoothly and lead to great results. As someone with a great sense of humor, I keep lesson both fun and helpful. I graduated from Harvard University, where I majored in Spanish, Portuguese and French, and have over 7 years of experience tutoring students in subjects as diverse as test prep (SAT, SAT II, ISEE, SHSAT and more), English, Spanish, Math, essay writing, songwriting and the entertainment business. I am happy to work with students from all walks of life and have worked with native English speakers, people for whom English is a second language, and people with learning disabilities. I have decades of experience as a songwriter, performer and podcast producer, and my work has been recognized in The New York Times, Rolling Stone and Forbes. I have directed and overseen the independent growth of RISK! from a DIY project conceived in a bedroom in Bushwick in 2009 to an international sensation that tours the world to sold out live audiences and has received over 100 million downloads to date.
