Sifu Yost started learning Taoist martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, kempo, jiu jitsu and some Okinawa karate before meeting Master Roberts and beginning his Wing Chun training. Since that time Sifu Yost has earned his tactical fighting degree in Wing Chun. Sifu Yost has 39 years of martial arts experience.
