Each lesson will be from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the student's preference. Lesson books are typically used for beginning students. Intermediate students may bring their own music books or sheet music from pieces or songs they would like to learn. Music theory is incorporated into each lesson.

Hello! My name is Jamie and I am a private piano teacher. I have three years of teaching experience and have earned my B.A. in General Music at Cal State San Bernardino. I teach at my own home studio but can also travel to my student's homes for lessons. I am patient, organized and have great passion for my line of work. I have experience teaching children as young as four, and adults as old as 60.

Jamie is an excellent teacher.  My son enjoyed his lessons  with her and she was very patient and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend Jamie!!

Jamie is very sweet and very prompt.  She helped my daughter learn how to read notes.

She came in and went straight to work. My daughter felt comfortable and at ease with her way of teaching. She found my daughters starting level rather quickly and move forward from there reviewing materials from books she previously learned from. Look forward to the next lesson.

My daughter had her first lesson today. She really likes Jamie and she learned a new song!

Jamie is a wonderful instructor. She is very patient and really takes time to make sure the student is understanding and applying what she's teaching. It's nice to have the convenience of the lessons being in a familiar environment.

Jamie has a soft voice, polite and cheerful.  She patiently teach my kids, clear instructions, She understands which level my kids are and keeps move on their skills.  I picked a right teacher for my kids!

Jamie is very personable.  My 7 year old daughter enjoyed the 45 minute lesson and felt comfortable with Jamie.  It was our first piano lesson ever and we look forward to more.

Only his first lesson with Jamie, but he enjoyed it and felt comfortable.  So far so good!

My son absolutely loves taking lessons with Jamie.  He really looks forward to his lesson every week.
