I start every class with a breathing exercise and warm-up.

Hello I'm Sifu Isa, I'm a master black sash in Wushu Kung Fu. My teaching style is southern praying Mantis. I started my Martial Arts journey when I was 10 years old, quickly I fell in love with Kung Fu at the age of 16 I received my red Sash. At 19 I was a assistant instructor. And I started taking students of my own. I look forward to having you as a student.

I'm a former student of Isa. He's well gifted and talented in martial arts, his lessons one on one make you feel that your apart of his dojo. He's a great teacher. I definitely recommend him.

Isa is a very good instructor. The lessons are easy to follow, and broken down step by step. I highly recommend Isa to anyone wanting to learn Kung Fu.
