As a multi-instrumentalist, solo producer, songwriter, and sound manipulator, music has become an essential passion and lifestyle for most of my life. With electric guitar as my main instrument, i have had 11 years of experience crafting my technique, theory, improvisational skills as well as experimenting and manipulating sounds with many guitar effect pedals and digital synth software. *** Lesson Details ***
For beginners the key is to get familiar with the fretboard and notes and chords before easing into any theory. Basic scales and strumming patterns and easy to learn songs are the best way to allow your hands and fingers to get more comfortable playing the guitar. i will also gladly take any student requests of songs or pieces they want to learn. For intermediate players, lessons will focus on more advanced technique for strumming and implementation of scales and modes that are essential to master at.
I am flexible to any type of style of playing and any genre. I can teach rock guitar, to jazz and everything in between. I am a very friendly, patient, and reasonable person and am willing to work and help you achieve your goals as a guitarist/musician whether you've never touched a guitar or if you've been playing for a couple of years.
I guarantee each hour to be your money's worth and more. You will know so much more about your guitar in as little as one lesson. Please note though that playing guitar is not just about learning an instrument but finding more about yourself and the potential you have as a person. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! Just takes time and patience which is a cliche but the hard truth.
*For beginner/intermediate songwriters/producers*
