My name is Haley and I’ve been in your shoes before. Cheerleading is a different world from middle and high school cheer to competitive, all the way to the collegiate level. I’ve worked with cheerleaders from different teams and schools for 8 years; cheering since I was 6 years old competitively and for school, 4 years at the collegiate level and consulting for 3. I didn't make cheer at the collegiate level the first year at the University of Arkansas, so I know how to tackle the challenge picking yourself up and trying again. After I made the team, I served as a captain on the co-ed team while helping other girls through the tryout process my whole career. I have recently gone on to help with choreography and consulting future cheerleaders of all ages. Each year about 50% of my clients make the team and get to have the same experiences I did. I have found the same questions being asked each year, so I have developed the guide to help make your audition process as successful as possible. It covers everything from cheer style, outfits, interviews, your specific look, scholarships, myths and a day of tryouts checklist.
