Hi there! My name is Gomeh Barak, and I'm a professional trumpet player, and graduate of the Eastman School of Music specializing in jazz and improvisation. I play professionally around Chicago area in a wide variety of styles including classical, jazz, pop, R&B, and Latin music! My goal is to make music easier, make more sense and be more fun to play! I'm really passionate about teaching students to use their ears and tap into the intuitive side of making music, so that it always seems approachable and understandable.I'm happy to achieve that goal and help my students work on their music from school, or even songs that they like and want to learn how to play!
