I have experience teaching a variety of subjects to a wide range of different students and I customize the lessons to each individual student's learning style. Music lessons are my strongest area of teaching, but I have experience tutoring students from age 8-60. My students get the opportunity to learn in a safe, structured environment where they are able to express their individuality by connecting the learning to their own experience. I encourage my students to explore their potential by lighting the way towards their goals while assigning tasks in well defined, achievable steps. As a person who returned to college after age 30 to finish a bachelor's degree and complete a master's degree, I understand the challenges that different learners face from a unique perspective. Helping others to achieve their goals in spite of adversity is my favorite thing to do!
