Hi there students. My name is Francine. I am not a professional chef. I am a long time cook and blogger who is also diabetic. Over the years I had to find alternative ways to make food taste good but remain healthy. My love for cooking has advanced my skills in food prep. My husband is African therefore I have learned to use curry and other spices that are used in other cultures. I am a CAD Designer and own a drafting services business full time after quiting my job and career of 17 years on December 1 of 2017. Cooking classes are done during my free time. I have lost 30 pounds by changing my diet. I want to have fun with you in the kitchen. So let's do this.
