Violin with Emily L.

Emily is an active studio musician, performer, and teacher in the Los Angeles area. A native of Florida, she received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of South Florida with Carolyn Stuart. She continued her studies as a graduate teaching assistant to violin professor, Lina Bahn, at the University of Colorado at Boulder earning a Master of Music degree in Violin Performance. With over 16 years of experience, Emily has been able to play with many artists in varying genres and venues. She has performed with Coolio at Chyna’s memorial service, Trans-Siberian Orchestra Florida tour, Cirque Du Soleil at the Honda Center, John Debney Jungle Book live performance, Reza Sadeghi at the Nokia Theater, Andrea Bocelli at the Dolby Theater, Total Divas TV wedding ceremony, and many more. As a studio musician, she has recorded for many movies, video games, and albums, including a Sphero Star Wars commercial. Emily also enjoys performing covers of popular music, having most recently toured the Caribbean on a cruise ship playing in a violin and vocal/guitar acoustic duo.
