I've been teaching fitness and movement for over 4 years. I love helping people learn to trust their body, expand their comfort zone, and have a great time.
I first started teaching Taekwondo, and later became hooked on tricks and acrobatics. I love the challenge and thrill, and most of all I love achieving what once looked impossible to me. I now teach acroyoga, yoga, and pole.
I love what I do and I'd love to share any of this with you! This could be a great fit if you're looking for a new challenge, bored with the gym, looking to build trust and connection with a partner, or just want some party tricks.

Emily's instruction was intuitive and thorough. She is a patient teacher who flies AND bases with equal strength.
She taught myself and my (same size) partner a sequence that we had been too hesitant to attempt for a while. By the end of our 75 minutes we both felt confident enough to fly and base it & did so multiple times with greater success than we could have hoped for. I highly recommend hiring Emily. We'll definitely be learning with her again soon.
