I have had the pleasure to teach hundreds of students of ALL ages through the years. I have taught individuals and groups of children and adults! I have had the experience of working with Beginners to Advanced abilities. I can teach using the Suzuki method for young children who have not yet learned to read. I can teach young and old to learn to read music. I can teach using the classical method and technique books, or I can teach you using fiddling materials. Teaching is my passion and I would love to share the love of learning a string instrument with you!

Liz is a wonderful teacher. Her knowledge and experience of the instrument really shows. She makes sure to teach proper technique from the start, as well as includes details such as proper tuning, helpful equipment and apps for learning, and various exercises to reinforce technique. She is a fabulous and patient teacher.

Liz is a gem! My son has been taking violin with her for almost eight years. He really enjoys her teaching style. We moved and were no longer to take lessons with Liz in person for a while. We tried a couple of other teachers in our new area and my son did not gel with them. We are so thankful we can now take online lessons with Liz. He loves it!!
