What makes my lessons unique?

While everyone learns in their own way, most people tend to learn in certain ways best. 

While very much a student of music/guitar, I believe I can help a lot of folks with their own musical journey and learning process!

With over 200 articles & 50 videos on learning guitar and music, playing guitar for 30+ years, gigging for over 15+ years, and have composed/created/recorded music in a variety of styles, I can help many aspiring guitarists.

Besides the guitar, I am currently learning drums, congas, bass, piano, violin, viola, cello, bass flute, and singing.  In other words, while I l started learning guitar along time ago, I am very familiar with many aspects of the musical learning process!

For aspiring jazz guitarists:
I focus on improving groove (as well as theory, technique, improv, repertoire, ear training). With groove, you'll really start to sound good (and get "it") a lot faster than by focusing on complicated changes and scales, etc.  Improved Groove (in any style) may the be the missing link for a lot of "students".

For those with limited time:
Just practicing/playing a few minutes every day can really create compounding results!  Weekly lessons create a structure, long-term investment in musical growth!

For those starting out:
Relaxed, short daily practice and fun practice can speed up the learning process!
