In 2012, I graduated from Bob Jones University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education, focusing specifically in piano. Since graduating from university, I have taught general music and choir to Kindergarten-12th graders in a private Christian school and have developed my own music studio, geared primarily towards piano and voice students. I've also served as a primary church pianist for more than 12 years and directed multiple choirs. I love working with children and have more than 10 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting as well as one-on-one private instruction. I enjoy finding creative ways to teach intricate concepts to children of all ages and my ultimate goal is to help create a lifelong appreciation for music in every student that sits on my piano bench.
