I have studied music for over 15 years and was a music minor in college. I've played the piano, flute, acoustic guitar, clarinet, tenor saxophone and piccolo and am an avid singer. Whether learning a new instrument, starting from scratch, or learning to sing, music theory is an important part of accomplishing your goals. If you have a book from school or assignments, we can definitely work with that. Outside of that, I generally work with the Alfred series of books.

About Debbie K.

Tutoring has been a major part of my life for over 7 years and I love it. Seeing the excitement in a student's eyes when they finally get something they've struggled with is why I do what I do. My strength is in getting to know the way a student learns best and finding techniques that support that style and help the student grow.

I have experience working with mild autism and have multiple references if interested.

Debbie is amazing! My 10 year old daughter looks so forward to her lessons and practices throughout the week! Debbie is positive, energetic and very knowledgeable. We want to move onto tutoring as well... We are fortunate to have met her. Look at her resume!
