    About Dayne H.

Background check cleared through Sterling Talent Solutions (results available upon request). Greetings! I am Dayne, a prolific 24-year-old electronic music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist from Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas (I moved back here about a month ago after having been based for the past few years in the magical Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts). I have been playing music for as long as I can remember and have explored computer-based music production for a decade now. From 2012 to 2014, I pursued music studies at Berklee College of Music, focusing primarily on jazz guitar and electronic music production. After I got out of school, I briefly took a job in audio hardware and software development with SONiVOX, a subsidiary company of industry leader inMusic. In 2014, I initiated my solo project Starseed. Since that time, I have released 8 albums and a number of singles as an independent artist; have shared the stage with renowned acts such as Govinda, Jade Cicada, Jackson Whalan, and others; have offered performances at a wide variety of venues and festivals across the planet, including GeoParadise Tribal Gathering, MindBodySpirit Festivals, Frendly Gathering, MycoSymbiotics Mushroom and Arts Festival, Mystery Trance Festival, and many more; and have been featured in major blogs such as Jamsphere and Emerging Indie Bands. My intention with the Starseed project involves receiving and transmitting consciousness-expanding, soul-stirring vibrations to stimulate, activate, and align the listener on all levels--the physical, the mental, the emotional, the spiritual, the astral, the etheric--to attune the listener to his or her unlimited eternal nature. I am always seeking to push the boundaries of creative expression, to honor the sacredness of play, and to pay homage to the timeless, infinite, and multidimensional dance of creation. I look forward to exploring whatever it is that you are excited about, regardless of your prior musical experience! Whether you are curious to learn more about improvisation, ear training, harmony, music theory, compositional techniques, instrumental/vocal techniques, performance, or anything else, I am here to help you get the most out of your musical experience in a way that is fun, engaging, and informative as well. My stylistic reach is broad and includes everything from jazz to R&B to classic rock to pop to hip-hop to funk to reggae to classical to world music and beyond; no matter where you want to go musically, I will do all that I can to support you in getting there!
