Hello Parents and Students! I would love the opportunity to work with you and your children to bring the joy of music to your household! I am a professional pianist, vocalist, composer, and recording artist with over 25 years of teaching experience. I hold a master's degree in piano and bachelor's degree in voice and piano from the State University of New York at Buffalo. I have also enjoyed being a college-level band and choral director in addition to teaching composition in special arts programs sponsored in elementary schools in Virginia and Texas. d completed a Master's degree in piano performance and Bachelors of Fine Arts I am thankful for the many years of performance opportunities with highlights including a performance of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue with the Buffalo Pops orchestra and concerts throughout the South as part of the Mid-America Arts Alliance. While living in southern California, I composed, arranged, and recorded music for the Tournament of Roses parade. After many years of teaching and performing, I have been able to help students learn a wide variety of music while having fun at the same time. I am proud of my students and their accomplishments, including a few who recently received the highest level of achievement in the Royal Conservatory of Music program. It is my goal for students to continue learning for a lifetime. Currently, I teach students exclusively online and I continue to compose and record piano music. I look forward to helping you achieve your musical goals!
