    I owned my own deli and drop-off catering business for years. I have worked in high end Country Clubs, private schools and large corporations like Marriott and Sodexo. My food philosophy is food tastes best in its natural state and healthy food can be delicious. I am lucky to be able to express my artistic side in the creation of food and I am positive people can learn to eat well, happily. I love all the different classes and events I am able to create and teach as well as the food we get to enjoy doing so! It's so much fun to meet new people every day and watch them learn!
