I have five years of experience studying and implementing, meditation and various other personal development techniques and philosophies. This way of life has allowed me to excell professionally, start a business, and take a solo backpack trip on which I traveled throughout various south-east Asian countries and visited Anand Ashram Ubud in Bali Indonesia all by my 20th birthday! My journey is far from over but I wholeheartedly believe in the transformitive power of meditation and I'm ready to start a new chapter by sharing everything that I've learned up to this point with anyone who interested in bettering themselves through this wonderful practice.
