Piano with Courtney C.

A Nashville native, I started teaching piano lessons in 2000. I love educating students around all things music - from jazz, pop, classical and contemporary! I am an active member of the Nashville Area Piano Study Club and a graduate of Vanderbilt University's Blair School of Music pre-college program, where I studied music theory, music history and piano performance courses for more than ten years under the Myra Jackson Blair Scholarship with Craig Nies. Additionally, I received piano scholarships from multiple universities and colleges and received the highest scholarship in history from Furman University for any musical instrument. Ranked first in multiple national piano competitions and third in an international piano competition, I love music and am excited to share my passion with others in a learning environment, where your child will be engaged while having a blast!
