After growing up in Utah, I noticed that Utah basketball programs have some of the best shooters in the nation. But, when I went to Texas, I quickly found out my dribbling needed some work. After my playing days ended and I returned to Utah, I noticed this same deficiency. My goal is to take you from someone who can't dribble or shoot and improve your skills so you become confident enough to play against anyone. A little warning, my workouts are intense and you will get tired, but you will get a much better feel for the sport and you will stand out of the crowd at your next try-out.
