Any reason you're interesting in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu be it self defense, competition, or getting in shape while learning a useful skill, I can get you started. All ages welcome and the lessons will be catered to each person. Also, if you're interested, I'll introduce you to a fantastic school with alot of talented and friendly people.

I've trained Brazillian Jiu Jitsu for over 7 years and have completely immersed myself in the sport since day one. I train 7 times a week and compete often. My academy is Gracie Humita St Louis and that's where the private lessons will take place unless you'd feel more comfortable at home.
