I have over 20 years experience in Roman Grecco freestyle wrestling, and 3 years BJJ, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do before I found Krav Maga over 4 years ago.  In Krav Maga, I found a practical Self Defense style in which you can become proficient in it very shortly and just get better and better at it through the years. I believe it is a style that everyone should take some time to learn at least of few pieces of it.

We teach Self Defense by way of Krav Maga, Mastro Defense System, and Filipino Martial Arts.

We use Krav Maga to help you build confidence, get in shape and to give you the tools you need to handle life's ever changing problems. Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces, Israeli Police and Security Services. It is also the preferred system for U.S. Military and law enforcement personnel.  It is designed so that a civilian can learn and retain how to defend themselves within a short period of time.  We have found that Krav Maga is a fun way to get in shape and give you the tools you need to protect yourself in this ever changing world.

At my Riverside gym - Self Defense Fit Lab - we teach self defense by ways of Krav Maga, Mastro Defense System and Filipino Martial Arts.  Our classes are divided up by 5-6 yrs, 7-9 yrs, 10-14 yrs, and Adult beginners or advanced.  My hope for you is to set goals both short and long term.  This will allow us to work together and have fun while succeeding.  Learning Krav Maga doesn't have to be a scary process.  It is super easy to learn and you will get an amazing workout.  I look forward to working with you.

I started learning Krav Maga with Cliff just 7 weeks ago and I love it.  Just in this short amount of time I feel a little safer and feel I at least know a few things to keep me that way.  I can't wait to keep learning more and more each week.
