Ciao! My name is Claudia and I was born and lived in Italy until 2005, when I moved in US with my family. Since than I always loved to teach Italian cooking lesson and doing small catering and preparing delicious b-day cake on order! I teached in California (Los Angeles area), Rhode Island (Providence) (at International house of Rhode Island) and now Maryland (Gaithersburg/Rockville).
I cannot wait to share whit you “in Italian and english” some of the authentic and delicious recipe of the “belpaese”!
Cooking in my passion, I cook every single day for my 3 kids and I can garantee that you will have fun while you are learning!

I tailor my italian cousine classes based on your interest and your skill level.
I can teach you how to prepare a quick and delicious italian dinner, or how you can “wow” your friend with the most amazing italian dessert.. (tiramisu’..chocolate salame, zeppole, hezelnut cake, birthday cake..). We will have fun preparing “gnocchi” (hand made) and “pesto”, lasagne, ravioli con ragu’ bolognese,  pasta with swardfish ragu’, cotolette etc..the list is endless!

I’m an enthusiastic and patient italian cooking teacher and mom of 3 kids!  Love to travel and to visit my country every year!
