Published Composer

I am a published composer. Most of the music that I write is for middle school and high school orchestra and band. Although I have been composing for years, my first published works came out in May, 2022.

Dallas ISD

Mrs. H taught K-5th grade elementary music for Dallas ISD. This was Mrs. H's 13th year of public school teaching.

Irving ISD

Mrs. H. taught 6th-8th grade orchestra for Irving ISD.

Newman Academy

Mrs. H. taught 7th-12th grade orchestra and band at a public charter school.

Arlington ISD

Mrs. H. taught 150 students at multiple campuses in grades 5-8.

Socorro ISD

Mrs. H. taught PK-4th grade music and 5-8 grade orchestra.

Private Lessons

Mrs. H. has taught private lessons for school districts, music schools, and as a self-employed private teacher for over 25 years. She teaches incorporating traditional and Suzuki methods. Mrs. H is a dedicated private lesson teacher.
