Chrystal Rose was my son's first piano teacher when he was four years old. She was amazingly patient and was able to keep him focused for 30 minutes (not an easy task!). We were so happy with how quickly he learned. Chrystal has a natural ability to work with young children and my husband and I fully recommend her!

It's my great pleasure to recommend Chrystal Rose as an expert, kind, caring yet no-nonsense piano instructor. Chrystal worked for our non-profit music school, teaching small group and private lessons for ages 3 to adult, from 2014 through the dissolution of the music school in 2016. From the first day observing her teach it was clear that she loved the students and loved teaching. Most of our new teachers had to go through training but after that first observation day I told her, "there isn't anything I would have changed!" Chrystal was eager to follow company guidelines and teaching curriculum. She approached her teaching with dedication, knowing the skill level and personality of the child and was able to encourage and prod them on in their musical studies. Her students thrived and excelled under her teaching which was exemplified in the recitals. Though I’m saddened that the music school dissolved, I am happy to have kept in touch with such a delightful, funny, motivated, sincere and skillful individual. You are putting your child in great hands when you pick Chrystal Rose as your child's music instructor!
