Hello! I am an NYC-based singer, pianist and actress. Born in Los Angeles, raised in Nigeria and additionally lived in Canada. I moved to New York to earn my Bachelor of Music at New York University and have been teaching for about 3 years now. I started taking piano lessons when I was 5 and have since performed in churches, singing competitions the Music Society of Nigeria centers, cruises, and so on. I started singing and writing my own music at about 15, using my knowledge of classical, contemporary and jazz piano to guide me. I teach piano students of all different ages and beginner levels. I studied classical piano for 15 years, jazz piano for 2 and contemporary keyboard for 7. I teach my clients in my creative and comfortable home in Ridgewood, Queens, NYU piano studios (which I have access too) or in their home! Some of the musical styles I regularly teach are Rock, Pop, Blues, Jazz, Soul, R&B, Classical. By combining my passions of singing, jazz, and classical piano, and songwriting, I've been able to really narrow in on a student's goal and create a unique teaching plan for them in order for them to reach their goals.
