Singing with Christina M.

I am a singer and teacher based out of New Jersey. In pursuit of my musical endeavors I studied musical theater at AMDA Conservatory in New York City where I learned from, and worked side by side with, Broadway and other industry professionals. After completing the two year intensive program I received my certification in Integrated Performing Arts. While auditioning for Broadway and regional productions, I went on to study Music Education at Montclair State University. At MSU I had the privilege of working with and being coached by professionals such as Heather Buchanan, Karen Driscoll, Mary Pinto and Jeffery Gall. During the pursuit of my B.A in Music Education I have performed in various ensembles at MSU, being a featured soloist in performances and performing in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall. It was here that I really began to develop my passion for singing and studying opera. I am passionate about studying and teaching all styles of music and love to explore these styles in my own singing. I foster a welcoming and fun learning environment for music and my joy of singing comes through in teaching, inspiring, and sharing music with others. I hold my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education with a concentration of voice, specifically classical and operatic singing. In addition I have my certification in Integrated Performing Arts with a focus in musical theatre, stage acting, and dance.
