Belly Dancing with Chantal S.

Chantal S. is a Professional Bellydance Artist currently based out of San Diego, CA. Her dance roots are in the San Francisco Bay Area where she studied mainly with masters Katarina Burda (Middle Eastern, North African, Turkish and Eastern European song and dance) and Miriam Peretz (Classical Egyptian, Persian, Tajik, Azeri, and Uzbek styles of dance). She began Bellydancing at the age of 10 and has been an avid student ever since and a kind and generous teacher for the past 4 years. A dance class with Chantal can cover many different styles and/or focuses. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced Bellydancer there is always more to learn! Focuses can include: Classical Egyptian, Turkish Oriental, Turkish Rom 9/8, dancing with props (veil, fan veils or cane) and Choreography. I am available to teach at my own home, at your home, via FaceTime or Skype, or at a studio (with an extra rental fee).
